I will rate them 10/10 as I have no hesitation in recommending this hosts services.They are offering prompt and hassle free customer service. They respond very quickly and are very helpful.YOU WONT find a better secure hosting company then Start Logic

Start Logic are a joke!

I was looking for a reliable web hosting provider for my business site which is currently hosted with Yahoo - great hosting but costs a fortune!

So I decided to sign up with Start Logic who promised instant setup and 24/7 support.

My welcome email came in just minutes, great I thought until I tried to login.. Nothing worked, I tried copying and pasting my password, typing it manually but nothing worked. I then found out that my domain name hadn't even been registered. What's that about?!?

48 hours later and finally my domain name had been registered and I received an apologetic email from the billing department. That was enough for me though so I filed my request for cancellation. Start Logic even had the nerve to charge me for the domain, if I didn't need this domain I would have told them to stuff it!

I am now a happy Host Clear customer and couldn't be happier their. If you do sign up with Start Logic DON'T do it on a weekend!

Start Logic are the best

Start Logic have been around for a long time, I am on web4 so perhaps one of their oldest customers. I haven't had any problems since day one, Start Logic's support staff have been helpful and are always quick to respond to my emails and extremely helpful and accurate in their response. I recommend all my friends to these guys, they deserve every dollar in business they get.
